Overview
Key responsibilities:
1. Responsible for leading the team’s interaction with the Data team and issues resolution.
2. Support the pricing managers with data reconciliations and quality checks to enable business sign off and correct analyses
3. Support the price modelling data specification and delivery for successful technical rate refresh
4. Help improve on existing suite of technical and MI performance reports;
Qualifications required:
5. University Degree and/or relevant professional qualification
Experience required:
6. Fluent in creating controlled summary tables and charts in Power BI
7. Fluent with Python to implement, maintain and improve on existing scripts
8. Fluent exploring SQL data tables / data warehouse and writing own queries
9. Good knowledge of insurance terminology and processes
10. Proven experience of General Insurance (Personal / Commercial Lines) terminology / concepts
11. Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment with a focus on delivery
12. General Insurance practitioner with relevant work experience
