The successful applicant will have experience of running a busy kitchen and they must be reliable, honest and able to work as part of a small team. Your role is to manage the running of the kitchen including managing the kitchen staff, preparing and cooking meals to order, ordering and rotating stock and ensuring all food is stored, labelled, handled, cooked and served correctly, whilst at the same time ensuring the kitchen is a safe and clean environment.
You will be responsible for all matters relating to Health and Safety in the kitchen area and for all those staff working there.
Hours are generally 9.30 am to 6 pm daily average 30 hours a week, working a shift pattern of 4 days on, 4 days off.
Salary, £13.70 per hour. Weekly pay.
