Role overview
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented professional to join our team, responsible for managing incoming enquiries, supporting the sales process, and driving client engagement from first contact through to deal completion.
Key Responsibilities
* Respond promptly to all incoming enquiries and accurately log leads to support internal reporting.
* Manage team diaries and follow-ups to ensure smooth client and broker communication.
* Streamline and improve sales processes to enhance efficiency and results.
* Communicate clearly and professionally with brokers, agents, clients, and internal teams.
* Uphold and represent the company’s brand values in every interaction.
* Achieve daily activity, pipeline, and conversion KPIs, contributing to overall sales targets.
* Provide accurate pricing, availability, and deal information to clients and partners.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with brokers and commercial real estate agents.
* Ensure compliance with company policies, commercial and legal frameworks, and reporting standards.
* Present information clearly for both internal and external audiences using company systems.
* Foster a reputation for excellence, honesty, and integrity within the industry.

* Good communication and telephone manner
* Immediately available and able to commit to the role on a temporary to permanent basis
* 1-3 years minimum + relevant sales/administration experience
* Ability to work across multiple projects with high level of accuracy and attention to detail
* Ideally experience gained in a similar high-end luxury environment
