Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead sourcing & category strategies across Facilities Maanagement & Corporate Real Estate related spend.
2. Build future category roadmaps using market insight, data, and stakeholder demand.
3. Drive cost optimisation, risk management, and supplier innovation.
4. Negotiate complex supplier contracts, ensuring compliance and high performance.
5. Manage one direct report, providing coaching, mentoring, and performance oversight.
6. Act as a trusted procurement partner, influencing senior stakeholders to deliver results.
Required Experience:
7. Significant procurement / category management experience in Facilities Management, Real Estate, Property.
8. Strong track record of leading sourcing projects, contract management, and supplier negotiations.
9. Leadership experience, managing a direct report or small team.
10. Excellent stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to challenge and influence senior leaders.
