They are now seeking a Childcare Solicitor on a permanent basis.
Responsibilities for this Childcare Solicitor vacancy:
* Advising parents and children
* Childcare proceedings
* Special guardianship orders
* Adoption
* Child protection cases
* Attending pre-proceeding meetings
* Representation at contested final hearings
* Building client relationships
* Participating in business development activities
Qualifications and Experience for this Childcare Solicitorrole:
* Qualified solicitors and legal executives with a between 2-5 years PQE
* Technically proficient in childcare matters
* Possesses outstanding communication and client care skills
* IT literate with expertise in Microsoft Office
* Knowledge of Proclaim is desirable
* Highly organised, able to meet tight deadlines
* Has an aptitude for business development
Benefits for this Childcare Solicitor role:
* Salary of £48,000 - £60,000 very much dependent on experience
