Eden Brown Synergy are currently looking for an experienced Team Manager to join the Referral & Assessment Team for Bromley Council. Duties and Responsibilities: * Manage and oversee the day-to-day operations of the Referral & Assessment Team, ensuring effective service delivery. * Supervise and support Social Workers, Senior Social Workers, and support staff through regular supervision and performance management. * Oversee the screening and assessment of referrals, ensuring timely and appropriate responses to safeguarding concerns. * Ensure that all assessments are completed to a high standard and within statutory timescales. * Provide leadership in complex casework, offering guidance and decision-making support on high-risk cases. * Ensure compliance with relevant legislation, statutory guidance, and local safeguarding procedures. * Work collaboratively with partner agencies to ensure coordinated and effective interventions for children and families. * Monitor team performance against key performance indicators and drive service improvement. * Maintain accurate and up-to-date case records and ensure high-quality reporting.
