VisiLean Ltd, a global pioneer in Lean and BIM-integrated project management platforms, is seeking a driven and commercially minded Sales Development Representative to support pipeline generation and revenue growth across the construction and built environment sector.
This role is ideal for a high-performing B2B sales professional with at least 2 years’ experience in outbound or consultative selling, who has a proven track record of generating qualified opportunities and is ready to deepen their exposure to enterprise SaaS sales.
You will work closely with Account Executives and senior sales leadership to identify, engage, and qualify high-value prospects globally. You will play a critical role in building a predictable pipeline to support long-cycle, enterprise-level deals across key international markets.
VisiLean’s award-winning cloud platform connects the site to the office with live data, real-time dashboards, and visual production management tools—helping clients deliver projects on time and within budget across regions including the UK, Europe, Middle East, and Asia.
Responsibilities
• Identify, research, and target construction companies, contractors, consultants, and developers across global markets.
• Execute structured outbound prospecting campaigns via LinkedIn, email, and phone to generate qualified meetings.
• Work closely with Account Executives to develop account-based engagement strategies for complex enterprise accounts.
• Qualify opportunities effectively by understanding customer needs, decision-making structures, project pipelines, and budget cycles.
• Build and maintain trusted early-stage relationships with senior stakeholders including project directors, BIM managers, and digital transformation leads.
• Maintain accurate CRM records, pipeline tracking, and activity reporting.
• Support Account Executives throughout the sales process by providing account insights, stakeholder mapping, and follow-up coordination.
• Collaborate closely with marketing, product, and customer success teams to align campaigns, customer messaging, and market feedback.
• Represent VisiLean at selected construction technology conferences, trade shows, and client events where appropriate.
• Continuously develop commercial and enterprise prospecting skills with the aim of progressing into an Account Executive or enterprise sales role over time.
Required Skills and Experience
• Minimum 2 years of B2B SaaS or technology-enabled sales development experience.
• Demonstrable track record of generating qualified pipeline and achieving or exceeding targets.
• Experience in outbound prospecting and consultative engagement (not purely inbound lead handling).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage senior decision-makers.
• Understanding of Lean Construction principles, BIM workflows, and production planning systems (e.g., Last Planner®, Takt Planning, or 4D BIM) is advantageous.
• Some exposure to construction, engineering, infrastructure, or the built environment is beneficial.
• Experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
• Comfortable engaging with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Highly organised, disciplined, and resilient with the ability to manage multiple target accounts.
Preferred Qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or Construction Management.
· Familiarity with ConTech ecosystem platforms such as Procore, Autodesk Construction Cloud, Buildots etc.
· Experience managing key accounts in digital project delivery, production management, or construction software.
