You will oversee multiple residential and nursing services, supporting Home Managers to deliver safe, effective, and person-centred care at scale.
This is a role for an experienced nursing leader who wants autonomy, strategic input, and the opportunity to lead through others. You will balance operational grip with professional empathy, working closely with senior colleagues while remaining visible and credible in services.
Package & Benefits
Salary £80,000£85,000 per annum, depending on experience.
33 days annual leave inclusive of bank holidays.

About You
Registered Nurse with an active NMC PIN.
Proven experience overseeing and leading residential and nursing services.
Strong track record of managing compliance, quality, and multi-site operations.
