About Velaré Luxé
Velaré Luxé is an emerging luxury brand dedicated to providing bespoke services to an elite global clientele. We specialise in curating high-end experiences and services that reflect sophistication, discretion, and innovation. As we continue to grow, we are seeking a reliable, proactive, and detail-oriented Business & Marketing Coordinator to support the day-to-day running of the business while contributing to its long-term brand and business development strategy.
The Role
This is a dynamic and multifaceted role ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced startup environment. You'll be supporting core business operations, marketing activity, and administration; from coordinating projects and handling outreach to assisting with content, scheduling, and maintaining internal systems.
This position is offered on a zero-hour contract basis to begin with, offering flexibility with potential to grow into a more structured or full-time role. You'll be working hybrid, with 2 days per week in the office and 2 days working remotely, however this can be negotiated.
Key Responsibilities
Business Support:
* Assist in sourcing, tracking, and managing new business opportunities and partnerships
* Maintain and update CRM databases, contacts lists, and business development trackers
* Support client onboarding, proposal preparation, and follow-up communications
* Provide high-level administrative support including scheduling, correspondence, and file management
Marketing & Brand Coordination:
* Assist in planning and executing content for digital marketing campaigns and social media
* Coordinate photo/video shoots, events, influencer partnerships, and campaign deliverables
* Support the maintenance and updates of the company website and brand materials
* Monitor engagement and performance analytics across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, email, etc.)
Office & Operational Admin:
* Ensure smooth day-to-day office operations and supply coordination
* Liaise with vendors, freelancers, and service providers
* Help create and maintain SOPs, project timelines, and brand asset folders
* Assist in managing calendars, internal documents, and task prioritisation tools
Ideal Candidate
* At least 1–2 years' experience in business support, marketing, or operations (luxury/creative industry is a plus)
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and timelines
* Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
* Proficient in Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and content tools like Canva, Later, or Adobe Express
* Familiar with social media management and content scheduling
* A self-starter with strong attention to detail and a proactive mindset
* Discretion, professionalism, and confidence in dealing with high-level clients and partners
* Genuine interest in the luxury industry and a passion for brand development
