We’re looking for warm, reliable, and proactive individuals to join our night team and help ensure safety, comfort, and continuity of care during the quiet hours.
What Makes This Role Special?

2. Every shift is a chance to provide reassurance, calm, and skilled care to those living with dementia.
3. You’ll help create a safe, restful environment where residents feel secure and supported.
4. You’ll also support management with the smooth running of the home, overseeing staff and ensuring high standards are maintained.
Your Working Hours:
5. Night Shift: 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM
6. 21 hours per week
7. Includes alternate weekends

10. Supporting residents’ physical, emotional, and social wellbeing – including administering medication and responding to individual needs.

12. Encouraging professional standards and positive team culture throughout the night.

We do not offer sponsorship for this role. Applicants must have the right to work in the UK over 20 hours.

Please note, the salary advertised is a full-time salary based on a 37-hour working week so will pro-rata accordingly for this role.
