About the Opportunity
You will join a rapidly scaling, tech-enabled learning and professional services business focused on helping organisations close the data skills gap and build data-driven cultures. In this consultative role, you will own and grow strategic enterprise accounts, selling high-value training and transformation programmes that enable teams to confidently interpret and use data to improve decision-making and efficiency. You will manage long-term client partnerships, work on deals up to multi-million-pound value, and report directly to the Head of Sales and CEO, with regular collaboration and monthly team touchpoints.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage and expand a portfolio of enterprise clients across the UK & Europe.
* Lead consultative sales conversations positioning comprehensive learning and transformation solutions that improve organisational data literacy and capability.
* Drive outcomes-focused discussions with senior stakeholders (including exec leaders) to understand business challenges and match them to tailored programmes.
* Close complex deals ranging from high five-figures to multi-million pound contracts.
* Coordinate with internal delivery, product, and education teams to ensure seamless client onboarding, adoption, and business value.
* Perform strategic account reviews to identify upsell, cross-sell and renewal opportunities.
* Represent the company in client meetings and high-profile external engagements.
Ideal Candidate Profile
* 3–6+ years’ experience in enterprise account management, customer success, or consultative B2B sales.
* Track record selling professional services or complex learning solutions to enterprise organisations.
* Comfortable engaging and influencing senior leaders (C-Suite, Heads of Data, L&D, IT) with clarity and credibility.
* Commercially savvy with strong business acumen and ability to manage long-cycle, high-value sales.
* Passionate about enabling organisations to use data more effectively and making measurable impact.
