DescriptionLocation - You can be based out of any of our Store Support Centre's - Holborn, Coventry or Manchester & work from home.As a labour manager, you’ll be at the centre of our workforce transformation journey at Sainsbury’s. You’ll support the Head of Labour Systems and Analytics to deliver the labour strategy and introduce a workforce management solution that will give colleagues choice, customers great service, and deliver value for the business.In this role you’ll be working with retail and the wider labour team to define the key identifiers of an effectively managed workforce, and then, create training / best practice guidance, influence and hold to account retail leadership teams by working closely with Regional Stores Directors, Area Managers and Store leadership teams to drive adoption and compliance to our business processes. You’ll be partnering across retail and tech to be the business representation for our workforce management technology products to ensure that solutions are designed and delivered so they are ready and fit for retail, as well as ensuring that retail are ready for the solutions.
