Job Title: Receptionist / Administrator
Location: Rheinmetall Defence UK Ltd, Almondsbury, Bristol
We have a new vacancy for a skilled receptionist / administrator in an office environment. As the receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for visitors, representing the company's professional image. The ideal candidate will handle various administrative tasks and provide exceptional customer service to staff and visitors.
This position is site-based.
Position Responsibilities
1. Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
2. Maintain security processes and issue visitor passes.
3. Perform general administrative tasks supporting all business functions.
4. Manage post and postal processes.
5. Operate the telephone switchboard.
6. Book taxis or chauffeurs as requested.
7. Provide support to Executive Assistants (EAs).
8. Liaise with onsite security personnel.
9. Coordinate with visitor hosts.
10. Enhance the visitor experience where possible.
11. Handle hospitality requests.
12. Secure visitor phones if necessary.
13. Prevent unauthorized access or tailgating.
14. Maintain monthly visitor count records.
