Job Title: Training Coordinator (Care Standards) Part-Time, Hybrid Location: Hybrid Work from home & our Head Office for training delivery, meeting with staff and administration. The Role We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Training Coordinator to oversee, plan, and deliver our training programme. In this role, you will split your time between coordinating training activities remotely / office based and delivering engaging, practical sessions in person at our office. Your focus will be on care standards, compliance, and best practice, ensuring our staff are fully equipped to meet and exceed expectations. Key Responsibilities Plan, coordinate, and schedule training sessions for care staff, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. Deliver in-person training in care standards, safeguarding, and other essential topics. Maintain up-to-date training records and monitor staff progress. Develop and update training materials to reflect current legislation and best practice. Support managers in identifying training needs and creating tailored development plans. Ensure training delivery is engaging, inclusive, and practical. About You Experience in a training or coordination role within the care sector (essential). Strong knowledge of care standards, safeguarding, and relevant legislation. Confident trainer with excellent communication and presentation skills. Organised and able to manage multiple priorities effectively. Comfortable with hybrid working self-motivated and able to work independently from home, with the ability to travel to our office when required.
