Job Title: Behaviour Support Assistant Location: Newcastle Upon Tyne Job Type: Full-Time Start Date: April 2026 We’re looking for a resilient, proactive, and compassionate Behaviour Support Assistant to join our team and support young people across Key Stages 3 and 4. You will work closely with students who may have Special Educational Needs (SEN), social, emotional or mental health needs (SEMH), and behaviour challenges — helping them to stay engaged, regulated, and ready to learn. This is a rewarding, fast-paced role where no two days are the same. You’ll be a consistent presence for students who need extra guidance and encouragement to succeed in school.
