What You'll Be Doing:
* Driving to different commercial sites across the region in a company van.
* Carrying out a wide range of mobile cleaning services—interior and exterior—including post-refurb cleans, high-level cleaning, site support, and more.
* Working a flexible mix of shifts with some early mornings, with occasional night shifts or weekend work when needed.
* Using a mix of tools, equipment, and access systems (training provided).
* Collaborating with teammates, liaising with clients and site managers, and keeping things professional and efficient on-site.
What We're Looking For:
* Full UK driver's license – Essential for operating our work vans.
* Previous experience in a construction, facilities, or manual labour role.
* Strong work ethic and the ability to get stuck in and get the job done right.
* Comfortable working alone or as part of a small, tight-knit team.
* Good communication skills – confident dealing with clients and team leads.
* Physically fit and not afraid of early starts or getting your hands dirty.
