Birmingham, Sutton Coldfield Job title: Administrator Reporting to: Operations Manager Date of Issue: January 2026 Role objective The role is to provide administrative support to the Advisers and Operations Manager. Key Responsibilities Preparing valuations and information for client annual reviews. Updating our back office system (Intelligent Office) with personal client data and adding all relevant documents. Supporting Advisers in collating information/documents in preparation for meetings. Drafting annual suitability letters for existing clients. Processing and monitoring progress of transactions and issuing documentation. Meeting all standards and targets as detailed in the compliance procedures and training and competence scheme. Ad hoc projects. Working closely within the administration teams and other support teams within the company. Person specification Qualifications At least 2 years’ minimum experience in the IFA Market. Knowledge And Experience Previous work experience in the IFA Market. Strong computer skills. Ability to learn new software. Experience working within a fast-paced office with a large team. Ability to work independently. Personal Skills Excellent interpersonal skills. Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing. Ability to organise own workload, prioritise effectively and identify issues for escalation. Excellent time keeping.
