Meraki Talent are working with a highly regarded advisory firm that is expanding its Corporate Finance team and seeking ambitious individuals to join at the Senior Manager, Director, and Partner levels.

The Opportunities:

Corporate Finance Senior Manager:

Lead and execute transactions, working closely with clients, investors, and stakeholders.
Provide technical financial analysis, valuation, and due diligence support.
Manage and mentor junior team members, supporting their professional growth.
Play a key role in business development and client relationship management.

Corporate Finance Director:

Oversee and drive complex transactions, ensuring successful deal execution.
Take ownership of client relationships and develop new business opportunities.
Lead and support a team of professionals, contributing to their development and success.
Work closely with senior leadership to shape the firm's growth strategy.

Corporate Finance Partner / Leader:

Take a strategic leadership role in the firm's corporate finance division.
Originate and lead high-profile deals across a range of sectors.
Develop and execute growth plans, identifying new opportunities for expansion.
Build and manage strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor to business owners and investors.

Experience:

We are keen to speak with Corporate Finance professionals who have:
* A strong history in M&A, business sales, or fundraising.
* Experience in a professional service, advisory, or investment banking environment.
* Excellent technical knowledge, including financial modelling, valuation, and due diligence.
* Strong commercial acumen and a proven ability to develop client relationships.
* A desire to progress within a high-performing and growing firm.
