Role Overview
Rosewood Bespoke Joinery are seeking an experienced Production Manager with a strong background in bespoke joinery and manufacturing operations. Proven ability to lead workshop teams, drive productivity, manage complex production schedules and deliver high‑quality products on time and within budget. Commercially aware, safety‑focused, and practical in approach with a strong understanding of CAD-driven manufacture, cutting lists and continuous improvement.
