Care Navigator – Secondment or Fixed Term to 31 st March 2026 Alness/Invergordon Medical Group is a large and busy NHS Highland GP Practice based across two sites. We are looking to welcome enthusiastic care navigators to our friendly team on a fixed term basis. The role involves being the first point of contact for our patients and providing administrative support to our GPs. Hours are negotiable but the ideal candidates will be flexible and available for shifts between 8am and 6pm Monday to Friday. You will be instrumental to ensuring our patients receive the right care from the right professional at the right time. To be successful in this role, you will have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal, and a good level of IT skills. You will be methodical, with excellent attention to detail and you will be a team player. You will provide a comprehensive reception service to our patients and have a wide range of administrative duties, with the ability to multi-task and work well under pressure.
