At ISP School, located in the beautiful Glengorse Estate in Battle, East Sussex, we provide specialist education for children aged 7-18 with social, emotional, and mental health difficulties (SEMH), communication and interaction needs, and cognition and learning needs.

We are on the lookout for an inspirational qualified teacher who is passionate about guiding vulnerable children and helping them thrive.
Role Responsibilities
* Teach at Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4, inspiring students to engage with their learning.
* Plan, prepare, and present lessons tailored to meet the diverse needs of all students.
* Utilize our positive behaviour policy to foster responsibility and accountability among students.
* Motivate children to develop a love for learning and achieve their full potential.
Requirements and Qualifications
* Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
* Demonstrated successful teaching experience.
* Experience in Special Educational Needs (SEN), particularly with SEMH and ASC needs.
* Strong knowledge of the National Curriculum in multiple areas, preferably in Science and Media, including Esports.
* Excellent behaviour management skills and a reflective practitioner mindset.
* A solid understanding of therapeutic approaches to education.
* Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet individual children's needs.
* Proven capability to deliver dynamic and engaging lessons.
Working Conditions
This is a full-time, term-time only position with working hours from 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM. The successful candidate will be required to complete an enhanced DBS check, which will be covered by ISP School Battle.
