About the Role
This position is responsible for maintaining and configuring the CRM system, enhancing data quality, depth, and accessibility across Withers global offices. A technical understanding of CRM setup, functionality, and data quality best practices is essential, along with the ability to scope and implement improvements to support the firm's strategy.
Key Responsibilities
1. Manage and improve CRM data and systems, supporting integration and data flow mapping.
2. Train and support users, develop training materials, and promote effective CRM use.
3. Support IT and project teams in system upgrades, reporting, and resolving technical issues.
4. Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and contribute to data management strategies.
Qualifications and Skills
* Experience with CRM systems; familiarity with InterAction is desirable but not essential.
* Experience in professional services is preferred.
* Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and communication skills.
* Proficiency in MS Excel and Word, knowledge of Data Protection regulations.
* Flexible, adaptable, and proactive attitude.

* Hours: 9:30 am to 5:30 pm, with flexibility
