Teacher Assistant- SEN Schools
Location: Aylesbury, Buckinghamshire
Contract: Permanent, Term Time Only (39 weeks per year including INSET days)
Hours: 37 hours per week
Salary: Bucks Pay Range 4 — Actual salary £25,679 to £27,568 per annum (FTE £30,361 to £32,594)

About the Role
As an Assistant Teacher, you’ll:
* Support lesson planning, preparation, and delivery
* Help implement education and personal care plans
* Lead full class sessions in the absence of the teacher
* Support pupils with personal care and administer medication as needed
* Work closely with families, external agencies, and a multidisciplinary team
* Receive full training and CPD through our professional development programme
