About the Role As a Factory Operations Manager, you'll take full ownership of the shift operations across a rotational shift pattern. Leading a team of 4 Factory Line Managers and overseeing up to 400 colleagues, you'll be instrumental in driving performance, team engagement, and ongoing cultural change. Key Responsibilities Drive daily production targets while ensuring safety, compliance, and operational excellence Manage performance, resource planning, shift reporting, and employee relations issues Maintain cross-functional collaboration with technical, quality, engineering, and despatch teams Play a key role in site-wide change management and cultural transformation initiatives About You This role is ideal for a passionate, hands-on operations leader who thrives in fast-paced, large-scale manufacturing or logistics environments.
