Your Core Responsibilities: End-to-End Project Mastery
You will be the central point of control, ensuring seamless delivery across all phases of the project:
* Strategic Client Partnership: Partner closely with clients, transforming their internal comms and engagement goals into actionable, impactful event strategies.
* Financial Leadership: Develop, track, and manage all project budgets, ensuring profitability through expert negotiation and detailed post-event analysis.
* Logistics & Production Command: Lead the development of detailed project timelines, critical paths, and all event logistics. Expertly oversee supplier relations and ensure calm, professional, and successful on-site delivery.
* Reporting Excellence: Conduct thorough post-event reconciliation, providing clear budget analysis and comprehensive client reporting.
What You'll Bring to the Table:
* Agency Foundation (Essential): A solid background working specifically within an events, integrated, marketing, or communications agency, managing projects from initial pitch to final reconciliation.
* Financial Confidence: Demonstrated comfort in managing and reporting on sizeable event budgets, up to the £250,000 mark.
* Leadership & Composure: A natural leader who can manage both client expectations and a team of suppliers with ease and professionalism under pressure.
* Sector Interest: Experience or a strong interest in delivering internal communications, employee recognition, and incentive events.
* Mobility: Must hold a valid UK driving license and own a car due to the countryside office location.
