Your new roleAs a Mandarin-speaking Claims Adjuster, you will be responsible for managing claims from first notification through to final settlement. You’ll be working across a range ofmercial and personal lines, with a particular focus on supporting Chinese-speaking clients and stakeholders.
The role involves reviewing documentation, liaising with brokers and policyholders, and ensuring claims are handled efficiently and in line with regulatory standards. You’ll also be expected to maintain accurate records, contribute to internal process reviews, and support cross-departmental collaboration where needed.
What you'll need to succeedTo be successful in this role, you must be fluent in Mandarin or Cantonese and have prior experience within the insurance industry. Experience in Insurance is essential, although it does not necessarily have to be in Claims. You’ll need to be confident working with figures,fortable engaging with a range of stakeholders, and capable of managing sensitive information with discretion and accuracy. A proactive mindset, strongmunication skills, and familiarity with Microsoft Office tools will also be key.
