ClickSlice is a young, fast-growing SEO agency dedicated to transforming businesses through innovative strategies that deliver real results. We’re expanding and looking for a motivated Head of Sales with a strong understanding of SEO to join our team.


To succeed, you must understand SEO beyond the basics.


You’ll be speaking to business owners, marketing directors, and CMOs who expect detailed, strategic conversations about how SEO can solve their challenges. Your ability to translate technical SEO knowledge into business outcomes will be the key to winning deals.


What Does the Role Involve?

As Head of Sales at ClickSlice, you’ll own the full sales cycle from discovery to closing.


Responsibilities include:


* Discovery & Qualification – Conduct detailed calls with inbound leads to uncover their SEO challenges, goals, and opportunities.
* Strategic Input – Work with our SEO team to shape proposals, using your SEO expertise to craft solutions that are both technically sound and commercially attractive.
* Proposal Presentations – Lead final stage calls, clearly articulating SEO strategies, expected outcomes, and ClickSlice’s unique value proposition.
* Lead Generation – Proactively generate your own leads through outreach, networking, and referrals to support business growth.
* CRM Management – Use PipeDrive to track communications, pipeline stages, and deal progress.
* Follow-Up & Nurturing – Proactively follow up with prospects, answering SEO related queries confidently and building strong relationships.


What We’re Looking For:


This role requires a rare mix of SEO mastery and sales acumen. To thrive, you’ll need:


* Deep SEO Knowledge – Strong SEO expertise (keyword research, content optimisation, link structures, etc.).
* Proven Sales Ability – Demonstrated experience in consultative B2B sales, ideally in digital marketing or agency services.
* Confident Communicator – Ability to break down technical SEO concepts into simple, compelling business benefits.
* SEO Tools Familiarity – Proficiency with platforms like Ahrefs, SEMrush, Google Analytics, and Google Search Console.
* Negotiation & Closing Skills – A track record of hitting or exceeding sales targets.
* Self-Starter – Organised, proactive, and comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
