The Role This is an excellent opportunity for an Electrical Project Manager with at least 3 years' experience managing commercial D&B fit-out projects (£250k). You'll work closely with the Contracts Directors, overseeing projects from pre-construction through to handover - including design development, technical submittals, client liaison, and budget control. The role would also suit a Site or Construction Manager ready to step up into full project management responsibility. Key Responsibilities Manage electrical D&B projects from design to completion, ensuring delivery on time and within budget. Oversee technical submittals, design coordination, and installation quality. Produce project progress reports, variations, and forecasting updates. Attend site and client meetings, representing the business professionally. Coordinate site teams and subcontractors, ensuring high safety and quality standards. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders. Candidate Requirements Proven experience managing electrical D&B fit-out projects (£250k). Strong technical understanding of electrical design and installation. Ability to read and interpret drawings, plans, and specifications. Good commercial, financial, and H&S awareness. Excellent communication, organisation, and client-facing skills. Proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Based in Kent, with flexibility to travel into London when required.
