Service care Solutions are currently working alongside a well-known professional law firm based in Lancashire, which is in need of a Legal Secretary.
The firm is open to Individuals with at least 5 year’s experience as a Legal PA/Legal Secretary.
They can pay a salary of £30,000 annum depending upon experience.
Experience with SOS or similar legal case management systems is desirable.
Key Responsibilities as a Legal Secretary:
Attending meetings when required.
Organising team meetings and events with knowledge in diary management
Production and filling of documents, copies and scans as required.
About you as a Legal Secretary:
Able to handle tight deadlines.
Able to work under pressure
Telephone call handling for the team with good communication skills
Experience of working in a law firm or other professional environment
