Job Description
* Assist in the day-to-day efficient operation of the HR department
* Support the recruitment process by posting ads, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews
* Help maintain employee records for new hires, status changes, and terminations
* Provide general administrative support such as preparing reports and keeping track of schedules
* Assist in the organisation and execution of company events and meetings
* Support the onboarding process for new hires
* Handle queries from employees regarding HR-related matters
* Contribute to team efforts by accomplishing related results as needed
The Successful Applicant
A successful HR Assistant should have:
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Proficiency in MS Office
* Strong organisational and time management skills
* Proven ability to handle sensitive and confidential information discretely
* Understanding of general human resources policies and procedures
* Previous experience as a HR Assistant or HR Administrator would be beneficial
