Key Responsibilities
* Lead the Team: Oversee and support the bar staff in their duties, ensuring smooth operations and exceptional service throughout each shift.
* Crafting Delight: Serve and supervise the preparation of a delightful mix of alcoholic and non‑alcoholic beverages, ensuring compliance with hotel policy and liquor licensing laws.
* Service Excellence: Ensure excellent customer service at all times, creating a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere for our guests.
* Spotless Setup: Maintain the cleanliness and organisation of the Bar and dining areas, adhering to health and safety standards.
* Stock Management: Rotate, display, and manage bar stock to guarantee all products are served in top‑notch condition.
* Transaction Savvy: Oversee cash, credit cards, and guest accounts, following company procedures with precision.
* Event Support: Assist in the coordination and execution of events and special functions to deliver a seamless guest experience.
* Team Player: Support the Food and Beverage department as needed, whether it’s assisting with table service, food preparation, or helping train team members and creating a calendar of wellness activities, from healthy lunches to wellbeing walks and pay‑day treats, not forgetting our annual #HealthyHabits campaign.

Qualifications
* Previous experience in a similar supervisory role within hospitality is desirable, though not essential.
