Recruitment Administrator
Location: Bristol City Centre (Onsite, with potential for hybrid once trained)
Hours: Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week (8am-4pm or 9am-5pm, with some flexibility)
Pay: £13.57 per hour
Contract: Temporary until March 2025
Start: ASAP
Our Public Sector client is looking for a Recruitment Administrator to support their busy Recruitment teams. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic and essential service, providing key administrative support to recruitment processes.
What you'll be doing:
1. Supporting recruitment campaigns by longlisting applicants and handling candidate enquiries
2. Assisting with the setup and administration of online interviews
3. Maintaining accurate records on internal databases
4. Managing inboxes and telephone enquiries in a timely, professional manner
5. Liaising with internal teams and external stakeholders regarding vacancies
6. Supporting general recruitment admin such as venue booking, paperwork preparation, and processing expenses
7. Escalating queries when necessary and ensuring a smooth recruitment process from start to finish
What we're looking for:
8. Previous administration experience (recruitment experience is a bonus)
9. Confident using Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)
10. Excellent communication and organisational skills
11. Ability to manage a varied workload and adapt to changing priorities
12. A team player with a strong attention to detail
Additional Information:
13. Full training on internal systems will be provided
14. A DBS check and 3 years of references will be required
15. This is a fully onsite role initially, but remote working may be considered once fully trained
