Conveyancing Solicitor – Redditch
Our client is looking to recruit a qualified and experienced Residential Property Fee Earner to join our expanding Residential Property team at its Redditch office.
The Role:
Manage a full residential conveyancing caseload from instruction to post-completion
Handle:
* Residential sales and purchases
* Remortgages and equity release transactions
* Freehold and leasehold title checks
* Transfers of equity and matrimonial transfers
* Support and assist in the training of conveyancing assistants
* Develop client relationships locally and cross-refer work where appropriate
* Ensure compliance with CQS protocols
About You:
* Qualified and experienced conveyancing fee earner
* Proven experience handling residential property matters
* Strong local knowledge of the Redditch area
* Professional, organised and client-focused
