One of our regions top performing employers are looking for a Commercial Finance Business Partner to take ownership of branch results, deliver clear financial insights, and support the team with key reporting and analysis. You’ll play a hands-on role in driving performance, improving efficiency, and building strong relationships across the business.What will the Finance Business Partner role involve?
* Build and enhance modelling-led reports and dashboards, giving Sales and Ops self-serve access to key info and training them on usage
* Deliver weekly and monthly performance reporting (customer, branch, function, KPIs), including creating new KPIs to support growth and productivity
* Analyse results to spot trends and highlight material variances vs plan and forecast, providing clear commentary on drivers
* Partner with senior managers and Directors to provide commercial insight, including pricing and customer/product profitability analysis to maximise revenue and margin
* Produce business cases for investment (property, people, product) and continuously improve reporting and modelling to drive efficiency
Suitable Candidate for the Finance Business Partner vacancy:
* Part or Fully Qualified AAT/CIMA/ACCA/ICAEW
* Advanced Excel Skills
* Strong communication skills and ability to work as part of a wider team
* Challenging approach to work (looking to drive improvements through an understanding of root causes and how they can be effectively implemented)
* Previous demonstratable experience in a Management Accountant, Finance Partner/Advisor or Financial Analyst role
