Administrator – Overview
Low Carbon Recruitment Ltd are working with a Renewable Energy company based in Bristol who are looking for an Operations Administrator to join their growing team. They can offer part time or shorter hours, either 3 x full days per week or 5 x half days to fit around your lifestyle.
As a company they supply as range of services from Commercial & Domestic Solar PV, Battery Storage, Air Source Heat Pumps, EV Charging and System designs. They work directly with Businesses, Contractors, Commercial Landlords, Property Developers and Architects.
The role will be office based where you perform general administrative duties including answer inbound calls and dealing with enquiries from customers, outbound phone calls and emails to schedule appointments, data entry, following up with clients to issue invoices and gain feedback, dealing with complaints and more.
You will also be involved in assisting the scheduling and coordination on upcoming jobs and making sure all the logistical details are in place.
Administrator – Requirements
* Strong Administrative & Communication Skills
* Previous experience in a similar role
* Excellent Customer Service skills
* Competence in book-keeping and administrative systems such as Xero

* Basic Salary of £25,396.90
* 21 Days + BH
