Our Hotel offers a unique location, set in the wooded valley of Jesmond Dene, providing a serene country hotel environment, all just minutes from the suburb of Jesmond, Newcastle city centre.
Role Description
This full-time on-site role of Chef De Partie. You will be responsible for your own section, preparing and cooking food to the highest standards, ensuring cleanliness and organisation in the kitchen, maintaining food safety standards, and working closely with the kitchen team to deliver a high-quality dining experience.
Qualifications
* Proven experience in food preparation and cooking to high standards
* Knowledge of food safety standards and best practices
* Ability to work effectively as part of a team
* Excellent organizational and time management skills
* Strong communication skills
* Culinary degree or relevant certification is preferred
