What You'll Need to Have
* Curiosity about all aspects of Facilities Management and the ability to deliver, organise and follow up on hard and soft FM services
* Openness to new solutions and a commitment to sustainability, covering energy consumption, emissions, waste management and chemical products
* Inspired by orchestrating people in a dynamic, multi‑dimensional environment, motivated to contribute to positive outcomes through collaboration and stakeholder relationships; expertise in contract, supplier and work‑order management for urgent, planned and reactive maintenance
* Established experience in people management, end‑to‑end project management and a background in retail FM; ability to oversee budget and supplier relations
What You'll Be Doing Day to Day
* Managing the implementation of Ingka Facility Management (FM) within the store through the Unit FM team
* Responsible for each property throughout its lifetime, ensuring safety, compliance, maintenance and improvement
* Ensuring co‑workers, service providers and external partners are aware and understand FM frameworks, guidelines and initiatives
* Managing asset management, long‑term planning, budget estimation, implementation, follow‑up, forecasting and reporting within FM scope in the store
* Implementing and evaluating supplier contracts at the store level in alignment with internal governance to improve efficiencies, cost, equipment and quality
* Providing effective leadership and support, inspiring and empowering every co‑worker and developing staff skills for succession planning
