About This Opportunity
We are looking to appoint a motivated Advisor – Pay & Reward to join our Human Resources and Organisational Development (HROD) Service. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the Council’s corporate approach to pay, grading, and reward at a time of change and transformation.
Key Responsibilities
* Support the planning, development, and delivery of the Council’s transformation programme which includes Pay & Grading, Organisational design, Reward, Job Evaluation and Organisational Design.
* Contribute to pay and grading transformation and reform activity alongside internal teams and strategic partners.
* Identify workforce trends and advise on initiatives to address pay and reward challenges, including mitigating risks associated with inequality and equal pay.
* Support quality assurance and benchmarking of the Council’s pay and grading framework, ensuring it remains fit for purpose and future focused.
* Work flexibly across the wider people management service to support corporate and workforce priorities.
