About The Role
A fixed term contract opportunity for a Senior Retention Marketing Manager - Partner Growth will be responsible for supporting our partners with improving their retention strategies, driving adoption of best practice, and ensuring partners are fully utilising all OSP features that support retention.
You will consult with partners through both in-depth projects, and ongoing optimisation forums aimed at improving their commercial performance.
You will inspire partners and build strong relationships, share learnings, and leverage data to enable our partners to succeed.
This is an entrepreneurial role, and requires someone who is comfortable identifying new opportunities, and setting up new programs and services that deliver value to our partners.
Responsibilities
1. Building and delivering a strategy to help partners improve retention and grow their active customer base
2. Analyzing and auditing partner’s retention strategy and performance, identifying areas of improvement, and delivering actionable recommendations
3. Building playbooks as useful resources for partners at various stages of their growth journey
4. Becoming a thought partner to our OSP partners, sharing trends and best practices in retention marketing
5. Supporting our partners with retention best practices and working with technology teams to identify gaps and opportunities in our product
6. Mastering all relevant OSP features that support retention and ensuring partners utilize these features effectively
About You
1. Experience in a CRM role; experience within the grocery industry and international markets is a plus
2. Experience developing strategies focused on retention, engagement, and monetization across multiple channels
3. Proven ability to scale a customer base and implement a test-and-learn approach
4. Ability to drive commercial impact and utilize data to improve customer journeys
5. Knowledge of CRM tools, especially Salesforce, is advantageous
