⭐ About the Role:
As a Teaching Assistant, your responsibilities will include:
Providing 1:1 and small-group support to pupils across EYFS, KS1 or KS2
Helping to deliver engaging and accessible lessons
Supporting pupils with additional needs to ensure progress
Encouraging positive behaviour and promoting the school's values
Assisting the class teacher with preparation, assessment and classroom organisation
⭐ About You:
We would love to hear from you if you:
Have experience working with children in a school or childcare setting
Are patient, proactive and enthusiastic
Can build strong relationships with pupils and staff
Hold a relevant qualification (desired but not essential)
Have a valid DBS on the Update Service or are willing to apply for one
