Key Responsibilities
* Support clients with personal care (washing, dressing, toileting)
* Assist with medication as per care plans
* Prepare meals and support hydration
* Provide companionship and emotional support
* Support with mobility and daily routines
* Carry out light household tasks
* Accurately record care provided using digital systems
* Report any concerns to the office promptly

Compliance & Standards
All care must be delivered in line with: Health and Social Care Act 2008 (Regulated Activities) Regulations 2014, Safeguarding and infection control policies, company procedures and care plans.
Requirements
* Caring and compassionate nature
* Reliable and flexible approach
* Good communication skills
* Ability to work independently
* Willingness to learn and follow care plans
* Experience preferred but not essential
