Responsibilities:
1. Supports sales representatives and channel partners in administrative areas such as order processing, customer quotes, sales information management, product training and financing
2. Provides operational support to sales management including lower level technical input into bid proposal, projects and technical documents
3. Supports implementation of projects to improve the operational efficiency and effectiveness of the sales force
4. Supports and contributes to the development of processes and procedures to support the sales process and participates in the development of requirements for sales support systems
5. Maintains information of sales activities that support sales performance metrics and sales process improvement
6. Has working knowledge and skills developed through formal training or work experience
7. Works within established procedures with a moderate degree of supervision
8. Identifies the problem and all relevant issues in straightforward situations, assesses each using standard procedures and makes sound decisions
9. Has prior relevant training or related work experience
10. Performs routine tasks following specific instructions or under close supervision
11. Work is clearly defined and completed according to instruction
