What You’ll Bring:
* 10+ years events agency experience with a focus on conferences and overseas incentives.
* Cvent expertise across the entire Event Management Platform.
* Proven leadership skills and ability to manage project teams.
* Strong client relationship building capabilities.
* Ability to manage multiple events simultaneously.
* Extensive venue and destination knowledge (global).
* Proactive, positive attitude with a desire to learn.
* Excellent written and verbal communication.
* Flexibility to work hybrid (South Coast office 3 days/week, remote 2 days).
* Proficiency in budget management, invoicing, and reconciliation.
* Familiarity with Office applications and RAMs.
What You’ll Do:
* Oversee project allocation and resource management.
* Drive process implementation and team development.
* Manage and approve event budgets (pre-event sign-off, post-event reconciliation).
* Lead by example, offering project support.
* Support MD and Account Directors on new briefs/pitches.
* Manage the team structure and line management.
* Develop new starter training plans.
* Conduct 1-on-1s and serve as a team point of contact.
* Handle lieu/holiday management for direct reports.
* Perform 6-month and annual reviews.
* Coordinate FAM trip distribution.
