We are currently recruiting on behalf of a well-established provider of residential and nursing care services for older adults across the UK. Their homes are built around a strong community ethos, bringing together residents, families, care professionals and local partners to create a warm, safe and inclusive environment.
The Role
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Registered Manager to lead and develop a dedicated care team. This role will focus on creating a positive, supportive environment that promotes dignity, independence and the highest standards of care.
The successful candidate will take a pragmatic and balanced approach to leadership, ensuring excellent care delivery while also managing the operational and commercial performance of the home.
What We Are Looking For
Level 5 NVQ in Leadership and Management
Proven experience working in the healthcare sector at care home management level
A strong commitment to delivering high-quality, person-centred care
Motivated, driven and passionate about improving resident outcomes
Excellent leadership, management and organisational skills
A dynamic and flexible approach to managing a busy care environment
