The Role
We’re looking for a hands-on, detail-driven Supply Chain Manager to take ownership of our day-to-day supply chain operations at our Cardiff dispensary. Reporting to the Director of Operations, this role is all about making things happen - from managing inventory and supplier relationships to supporting product launches and ensuring compliance.
This is a highly practical role where you’ll be rolling up your sleeves daily to keep things running smoothly - but it also offers plenty of scope to develop, lead process improvements, and take on greater strategic responsibility as the business grows.
You’ll be:
* Leading and executing demand planning, inventory forecasting, and stock management based on real-time sales and promotional activity.
* Preparing and issuing purchase orders, managing goods-in, and ensuring accurate reconciliation of stock and invoices.
* Working closely with suppliers to maintain strong relationships, resolve issues, and ensure timely, cost-effective delivery.
* Supporting product launches and packaging changes in collaboration with Commercial, Brand, and Regulatory teams.
* Monitoring and reporting on supply chain KPIs, identifying areas for improvement and optimisation.
* Ensuring full compliance with relevant regulatory and quality standards across all supply chain activities.
* Acting as a key point of contact for internal teams on supply chain operations and timelines.
* Continually refining systems and processes to improve efficiency and reduce waste.
We’re looking for someone who has:
* Strong experience in hands-on inventory management, procurement, or supply chain coordination.
* A highly organised and proactive approach — you like solving problems and taking ownership.
* Confidence working with data to support decision-making and planning.
* Great communication skills and the ability to build cross-functional relationships.
* A practical mindset, with the ability to balance immediate priorities with long-term process improvements.
It’s a bonus if you have:
* Experience in a healthcare, pharmaceutical, or regulated environment.
* Familiarity with ERP or inventory management software.
* Working knowledge of regulatory compliance in supply chain operations.
