Our client, a well-established property and real estate organization, is seeking an experienced Building Services Account Manager to oversee M&E / Facilities Management accounts in Central London. The role involves managing a high-profile commercial building, delivering exceptional service, and leading a team of approximately 25 staff.

Responsibilities:
1. Manage and deliver M&E maintenance, energy & sustainability initiatives, and soft services for a high-profile building.
2. Lead and manage a team of around 25 staff, including supervisory, engineering, and support personnel.
3. Coordinate with on-site clients and stakeholders to ensure service excellence.
4. Maintain compliance through regular auditing and reporting.
5. Identify opportunities for project works and continuous improvement.
6. Implement energy and sustainability initiatives to optimize building performance.
7. Manage budget responsibilities, including a P&L of approximately £2.5 million.
8. Plan for succession and team development.
Qualifications & Experience:
* At least five years of experience managing M&E or Total Facilities Management in a commercial environment.
* Experience managing Landlord Services or M&E/Total FM clients.
* Strong man-management skills for a team of 25+.
* Experience handling budgets and P&L responsibilities.
* Desirable: Certifications such as Institute of Leadership Management (Level 3-5), IOSH Managing Safely, NEBOSH, MIBFM, etc.
