Job Description
As a Hybrid Personal Assistant your responsibilities will include:
3. Offering comprehensive administrative support to members of the senior team
4. Managing diaries and scheduling appointments
5. Preparing reports and correspondence
6. Organise & attend meetings.
7. Take comprehensive notes.
8. Ensuring efficient and effective communication between the team and stakeholders
9. Maintaining confidentiality and exercising discretion when required
10. Coordinate travel.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Hybrid Personal Assistant should have:
11. Experience in a similar role supporting senior level
12. Strong organisational and planning skills
13. Excellent minute taking skills
14. Proficiency in MS Office and other administrative software
