Key Responsibilities
* Community Growth & Engagement
o Develop and execute community growth strategies tailored to the UK market.
o Drive user engagement through campaigns, discussions, and interactive content.
o Identify and nurture key users (KOLs, active contributors, brand advocates).
* Content Planning & Management
o Plan and publish high-quality, localized content (posts, topics, campaigns).
o Moderate user-generated content to ensure quality and compliance.
o Identify trending topics and align content with user interests.
* Campaign & Event Execution
o Plan and execute online and offline campaigns (e.g., test drive events, meetups).
o Collaborate with marketing and after-sales teams to launch engagement initiatives.
o Support offline activities such as vehicle showcases and community events.
* Data & Insights
o Monitor community performance metrics (engagement, retention, growth).
o Analyze user behavior and optimize content and operations strategies.
o Provide regular reports and actionable insights.
