About the Role:
We are hiring a Head of Product Marketing to shape a profit-driven marketing engine built on acquisition, retention, and scalable revenue impact. This is a hands-on leadership role where you will define how a marketing-influenced pipeline accelerates business growth. One of your first major responsibilities will be building and leading a team of Product Marketing Managers.
What You Will Do:
* Own B2B digital marketing for lead generation: Design and execute digital strategies focused on generating high-quality leads and accelerating pipeline velocity.
* Lead Account-Based Marketing strategy: Develop and implement ABM frameworks for high-value accounts or strategic cohorts, working closely with market teams. Provide regular performance reporting and insights.
* Drive product marketing for transactional sales: Build the go-to-market strategy for fast-cycle, high-volume transactional selling. Enable sales teams with clear, efficient, and minimal-touch marketing motions that support rapid deal closure.
What We’re Looking For:
* Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
* 7+ years of B2B digital marketing experience with a strong focus on lead-generation programs.
* Demonstrated success developing and executing Account-Based Marketing strategies.
* Proficiency with marketing automation tools (preferably Salesforce Marketing Cloud / Account Engagement).
* Salesforce certification is a plus.
* Proven leadership experience, including building and developing high-performing teams.
* Excellent communication skills—clear, concise, and assertive.
* Ability to create content using Adobe, Canva, CapCut, and/or InShot is an advantage.
* Fluency in written and spoken English.
