Key Responsibilities: * Organising and optimising factory workflows to ensure efficiency and high standards. * Managing a small team, fostering a positive and productive working environment. * Overseeing Health & Safety compliance to maintain a safe workplace. * Coordinating with suppliers and clients to maintain smooth production schedules. * Reporting on performance, targets, and improvement opportunities.
